Made from The Apple Farm’s pear cider, this is a limited edition. There isn’t ever a lot of pear cider available for us to ferment and last year was very lean. If you like this wine, get it while you can.
Sparkling Blueberry Kir
Add a few drops of Sweet Grass Blueberry Smash to a glass of Tree Spirits Sparkling Pear. Garnish with 3 blueberries and a slice of pear.
Sparkling Pear Sangria
8 oz Tree Spirits Pear Brandy
2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 oz pear nectar
One bottle Tree Spirits Sparkling Pear extra dry
Thinly sliced pear
In a glass pitcher, combine the Tree Spirits Pear Brandy, lemon juice, pear nectar and mint, muddled. Refrigerate until chilled. Fill champagne flutes 2/3 to 3/4 full and top with Sparkling Pear. Garnish each glass with mint sprig and pear slice.
