We know how difficult it is to grow good wine grapes in Maine. Our climate is much better suited to apple, pear and maple trees than to vineyards. So, our raw ingredients come from farmers we know and we’re proud to be able to buy local.

The Apple Farm in Fairfield supplies us with the sweet ciders used to make our fruit wine. Their apple mix changes depending on the season but the pears are all bosc. An added benefit is the absence of preservatives.

We get our syrup from the Bacon Farm in Sidney, where maple syrup remains the focus of these 6th generation sugar producers.

At Tree Spirits we know the people who grow the fruit and press our cider and the people who tap the trees that produce our syrup. We know one of the reasons Tree Spirits’ products taste so good is that they begin with the natural goodness of Maine.
