Tree Spirits Apple Extra Dry starts with fruit grown in the Kennebec River valley, where the climate is ideal for apples sweetened by late-season frost. These apples yield a sparkling wine that is dry and well balanced. Serve chilled with hors d’oeuvres. Perfect for special occasions or toasting a friend.
Similar to a mimosa, The Poinsettia is made with cranberry juice instead of orange juice.
